2. Silver Plan: $19 per month with a $449 per transaction fee. Ideal for agents who want to keep their monthly costs low but are okay with a higher transaction fee.
3. Gold Plan: $0 per month with an 85% commission split. This option suits agents who favor a high commission split without any monthly fees.
These programs provide agents with choices that can align with their business models and financial preferences.

There are various factors that influence the answer to this question, largely depending on the terms of your current employment agreement with your broker.

At Citiwide Real Estate, our employment agreement is designed to be flexible and supportive, allowing our agents to take their business with them if they decide to move. Typically, most employment agreements permit you to leave and continue earning your commission, provided you fulfill all your responsibilities up to that point. Always review the specific terms of your current agreement to understand any potential implications.

You’ll receive your payment directly out of escrow in whichever manner you prefer—whether that’s receiving a check by mail, picking it up from a local escrow office, or having it wired to your bank. Simply ensure that we have a completed transaction file, and we’ll instruct escrow to pay you directly at closing.

Absolutely! We provide our agents with 24/7 access to our convenient office locations, ensuring that you have the support and resources you need whenever you need them.

No, we understand that our agents are busy, so we don’t require attendance at weekly or monthly meetings. While we do hold occasional meetings to discuss business updates and any changes in forms or laws, attendance is not mandatory.

Yes, you have the flexibility to determine the total sales commissions on your transactions. You set your commission rates according to your business model and client agreements.

Yes, you are free to use the services that best fit your client's needs. We support you in selecting the resources and solutions that will best serve your clients and help you achieve your business goals.

Yes! You can issue a refund to the principal (buyer or seller) in the following ways:
1. Refund Distributed from Escrow: To have the refund distributed from escrow, include it in the contract or addendum. This ensures it is part of the escrow instructions and reflected in the final statement. (Recommended)
2. Citiwide Real Estate Distribution: We can handle the refund distribution for you. One check will be issued to you and another to your client(s). Note that a W-9 form is required; otherwise, the refund may be taxable to the agent.
3. GDirect Refund: You can issue the refund directly to the buyer or seller yourself, but be aware that this may have tax implications. Consult with your tax advisor before choosing this option.

Although we attract many top-producing agents, we currently have no minimum production requirements. You only need to pay your transaction fee per closed deal.
